Wo Nèmwíhj Se (/wo nɛm/ /wɪ̞ʤ/ [prince] [stable; steady; safe]) is a temperate Town located in the Màvēvāv Region of the Tetbur Commune.
The name Wo Nèmwíhj Se is derived from the Tauric language, as Wo Nèmwíhj Se was founded by Bíriel Machen, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Wo Nèmwíhj Se has a yearly average temperature of 29°C (84°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 32°C (89°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 27°C (80°F). Wo Nèmwíhj Se receives an average of 161 cm/y (63 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Wo Nèmwíhj Se covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 3178 m (10426 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Wo Nèmwíhj Se was founded durring the early 14th century in summer of the year 1320, by Bíriel Machen. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Bíriel Machen.
Wo Nèmwíhj Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wo Nèmwíhj Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Wo Nèmwíhj Se is buildings are arranged arround a network of broad flagstone streets which form a grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. Wo Nèmwíhj Se's timber-based walls has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.
The first thing you notice about Wo Nèmwíhj Se is the large sign at the entrance welcoming you to their humble town. Children come up to you and say hi, some asking if you’ve fought any big monsters, and others just zipping away after their hello. The adults are much the same. By the time you’ve made it a significant way into the town you’ve been invited to a tavern for a pint to drink in exchange for news of the world. You’ve also had no less than three older women give you a sweetroll and direct your attention to their still unmarried children. It would be creepy if it wasn't so sincere.

Wo Nèmwíhj Se's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.
